Payroll (bosnian hack)
=========================
This module is OCA payroll with hacks:
- bosanske šihtarice.
- postavljanje obračuna da je gotov bez ponovne rekalkulacije obračuna
Ovo treba drugačije riješiti. Ova druga stavka mogla bi se publikovati kao PR na OCA,
ovu prvu treba smjestiti u poseban modul.
