In Kanban View:

#. Go to Project > Dashboard
#. Group by "Parent"

In Tree View:

#. Go to Project >Configuration > Projects
#. Group by "Parent"

In form View:

#. Go to Project > Dashboard
#. Open the projects settings
#. Modify the "Parent" in settings tab
