Ernad Husremovic 276a945fa1 fix: bs.po payment.field_payment_provider__state → "Status" 
Was erroneously translated as "Entitet/Kanton" (US-state literal
meaning). The payment.provider `state` field is a lifecycle status
(draft / test / enabled / disabled), so "Status" is the correct
Bosnian rendering. DB row 61749 was already manual priority 100;
this surgical edit syncs bs.po to match.
