fix: replace ONLYOFFICE icons/logos with Euro-Office branding

- logo.svg: simple Euro Office text logo (was ONLYOFFICE stacked layers)
- eurooffice_logo.svg: same
- icon.png: Euro Office text icon (was ONLYOFFICE colored layers)
- icon.svg (templates): clean Euro Office text icon

Original ONLYOFFICE visual assets replaced.
Copyright notices for Ascensio System SIA preserved in code.
